Beautiful Surprise

One of the topics from my last post was an upcoming visit from some fellow Stampin’ Pretty Pals. Our visit was short, only one afternoon, at my favorite eatery but packed full of smiles and laughter and a beautiful surprise, the cards you see here.
Sneak Peek Alert! Both cards are a perfect blend of new and old products. Some are retiring, some are new and some are golden oldie’s, around for another year. Look them over and see if you can spot the old and new.
Mary Lou Glick
Cathy’s card shows the super simple technique of using Washi Tape. This technique may be easy but the end result is fantastic! Love it!
Mary Lou makes the most of Framelits, Embossing Folders and Coordinating Stamps and Punches with this soft and romantic birthday card. Absolutely beautiful. She did want me to mention that it was re-created from a card she saw online. She doesn’t know the original artist to give them credit. If it’s you, or you know the artist, a big shout out from Mary Lou and me!
As a footnote, our 3rd Annual New Catalog Party with the “Pals” last night was a smash hit! We had POLLS where we could vote on new favorites, (handy when whittling down our “need” lists).
