Mojo Monday #261

How's your Paper-Crafting Mojo today?  Here's a great sketch from the Mojo Monday blog to get it in gear.  After all, it's World Card Making Day.  Time to get moving on those holiday paper crafting projects.

I chose Greeting Card Kids for my stamp set this time, perfect for coloring.  This set of four has something for every season.  I think my favorite is this little witch.  When I bought this set, it was only available in Wood Mount.  I'm so glad Stampin' Up! has made almost all, both old and new, available in both configurations.

It came together pretty quickly but I wasn't happy with the background, too flat.  I just KNEW it needed some Paper-Piercing!  But, my circle template wasn't big enough for the 4" circle.  What to do? (sigh).  That's when I started putting random circular patterns in the background.  Voila!

It still wasn't quite right.  It needed a little "Zing".  How about some "Frost on the Pumpkin" compliments of Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter?  Perfect!  And the little witch sits under, "The Light of the Silvery Moon" to keep the goblins at bay.

Don't forget to stop by tomorrow (October 7, 2012) to leave a comment on my Design Team project.  I'll have some blog candy for one lucky winner!

Hope you enjoyed my little witchy woman.
