PPA119 – All I Want for Christmas……
Snowflakes! Yes, I admit it. I'm a Snowflake-aholic. I guess if I'd grown up in a severe winter region, I'd think differently. A white Christmas is so romantic. At least that's what Hollywood tells us.
One of my "Go-To" tools is my Sizzix Big Shot. You can do so much with a Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and a few embellishments. The finished product is always beautiful and looks like I've spent hours on it. Stitching pulls it all together.
Speaking of stitching, one of the comments I hear is "I don't like to stitch on my card because it ruins the inside." I say…. don't try to hide it, play it up! That's especially true if you like the distressed look. See how I made it frame my snowflake on the inside panel?
Now that you've gotten your Free Big Shot, grab it and make some snow!

Great job Rae! I love your stitching! Thanks for playing along this week at Pals Paper Arts! 🙂
Rae, your cards are beautiful! I just popped over from Mary's blog and love how you combined the snowflakes with the woodgrain background stamp! Did you use the snowflake sizzlet pack or the strip die with the snowflakes? Just wonderful!
Amy, yes I did. My post is up now. Please hop over to the post for more information. Thank you!
Really clever. Makes me want to take the sewing machine off the floor and put it to good use!
Very cute! Love the hanging stocking!
