By now you’ve seen some beautiful projects featuring the new Stitched Shapes Framelits. Can you handle just one more?  The featured shape today… Stitched Oval.

Layers:  With a Stitched Oval Framelit, there’s no need for a second layer.  The “stitching” adds just the right amount of flair.  Perfect for that home-spun look, don’t you think?

Mixing a little bell and bling with simple shapes and earthy, warm colors is one of my favorite styles. Rhinestones, pearls and denim are a fashion staple I’ll never grow out of,  Give me a nice blazer, a string of pearls, my favorite jeans and I’m ready to go.

Great elements like these makes stamping unnecessary, right?

What, no stamping?  NOT!  There’s always room for stamping!  Stamp your message on the the inside when the outside images convey a message.  Use Soft Suede and Garden Green Classic Inks to coordinate with the Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack.

The stamp set used, and shown below, is Forever Evergreen.  The smaller stamps in the set are perfect for tags.  This is also the stamp set featured with the Forever Evergreen Project Kit in the 2016 Holiday Catalog. Take a look at page 35 of the catalog. I’ll have a surprise project using the kit soon.
