It’s wonderful winterland season in the Sierra Nevada’s right now.  Such a beautiful scene. Especially from a warm, cozy home.   What a perfect time to share some creations using the November 2016 paper crafting kit from Paper Pumpkin. It’s a Wonderful Winterland season!

The reviews are in! If you missed this kit, you really missed a great one.  The Wonderful Winterland Paper Pumpkin Kit has everything needed, even adhesive, to create 8 notecard-size Christmas cards, including matching envelopes.  I’ve created one of the suggested cards as I often do but then well… you’ll just have to see for yourself.  And… I have lots of leftovers so I’m not done yet!

The alternate card above shows turning the notecard into a full-size A2 (5.5″ z 4.25″) card by adding some Whisper White card stock.

The only change I made to the suggested card is how the Baker’s Twine is tied.  Instead of a bow I opted for a simple knot.

In the next one the building lights are lit with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper turned yellow.

How about some tags?  The first tag has an enclosure that can be used for a gift card.

The second tag and last alternate idea today, is a standard size tag.  A beautiful addition for a special package.  What you can’t see in the photo is the addition of a little shimmer with the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.  It really does make a difference.

If you missed out on this kit, you’re probably disappointed.  Although you can’t get the full kit anymore, you may still be able to get the Wonderful Winterland Refill Kit.  Paper Pumpkin Refills have everything except the ink and stamp set.  Here’s the catch… you have to be a Paper Pumpkin Subscriber to purchase them.  No problem.  Although I’d love to have you stick around after this kit, there is a way to sign up, purchase this refill, then suspend your subscription.  But…. you need to contact me:  rae@wildestpaperarts.com.
