Aren't these the cutest little treats?   Healthy too!  I wish I could take credit for this project.  Say hello to Wild West Paper Doll – Janell Ray.  Janell is a master of creating some of the cutest cards and projects using punches and products she has on hand.  Wait until I show you the treat bags she's working on for Christmas!

Bats are made with Stampin'Up! Owl Punch #118074 and Circle Punch #119860 (2011-2012 IB&C).  The Treat Bags #124134 are from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini – 50 per pkg only $2.50!.  She used little scraps of ribbon she had left over from other projects.  Don't throw those scraps away!
