Sparkling Snowflake Soiree Mojo264
How was your weekend? I've been thinking of all my friends in the path of hurricane Sandy. If that's you, please know you have a lot of people praying for your safety.
When I'm worried I cook or work with my hands. This weekend I did both. Since no one has come up with "Taste-o-vision" you'll have to be satisfied with my entry for Mojo Monday last week.
I've been playing with a new technique; stamping on transparencies with Stampin'Up! Classic Ink. I wasn't satisfied with not being able to use our color families on window sheets. Experiment time! I figured if I could print on multi-purpose transparency sheets with a color inkjet printer, why couldn't I stamp on them with Classic Ink? Not only did it work, but it was FANTASTIC! The ink dried instantly with absolutely no smudging. You have to give this a try! What better way to let the glitter shine through? Shhh…. speaking of glitter, don't tell anyone but I didn't wait until the Dazzling Details were dry before photographing.
Pop the clear snowflake up for an even better effect.
Even though I love Early Espresso and Baja Breeze together, this card needed a little contrast. A little Red Glimmer Paper added that contrast and kept the sparkle going.
