Poppy the Snowman
Poppy the snowman was a jolly happy soul. With a corncob pipe and a button nose, and two eyes made out of coal. What? That's not how the song goes? Oops!
A good friend of mine shared this project with me and I couldn't resist changing it just a bit to share it with you. Thank you Janell for such a fun project! The difference is on the inside.
The original project was a bag of popcorn gift wrapped with white paper. A snip here and there with a few score lines strategically placed on Whisper White cardstock, (made with my trusty Simply Scored scoring tool), converted Mr. Snowman into the "card-box" you see here. The gloves are the stretchy chenille type found at most dollar stores. Slipper socks, mittens or a stocking cap also work quite well. The same idea can be done on a smaller scale with a chocolate bar. I'm working on that version as well.

Now sing along with me…..
Poppy the Snowman…….
Poppy the snowman is adorable and would make a fantastic gift for my grand kids, or for teachers, coaches, even the mailman and paperboy. Thanks so much for sharing this one.
You’re welcome Norma. It’s soooo easy.

Very cool Rae! Now you have me singing….Poppy the Snowgirl…sorry…Poppy just sounds like a girls name. {grin}
Good point! I would have kept it “Frosty” if I could figure out how to keep a “Frosty” from melting inside the card! LOL
