My Paper Pumpkin Mojo
We have had so many things going on that I almost for got about My Paper Pumpkin last month. Who am I kidding, it was not almost. I DID forget.
When I saw the sketch for Mojo Monday this week, I looked at the poor pumpkin and realized that it had banners, all pre-cut and ready to stick in place. YAY!
I know this isn’t the card that the kit was made for but art outside the box is the most fun, right? All of the elements to make the projects intended, including stamps and ink, are in the box.
The recommended project looks something like this:
Very cute but as I said, think, art outside the box. So I added a scrap of Lucky Limeade card stock and punched a piece of the pre-cut paper with the Blossom Punch. Then, I rounded two of the corners to match the Mojo Monday Sketch.
Even though I altered the design (thanks to Mojo Monday!), it still came together very quickly. I think I’ll keep My Paper Pumpkin coming. I’ll dive into my next monthly shipment a little quicker this time.
