If you guessed Striped Scallops Thinlets (#133734) you’re right!  If you guessed Labels Collection Framelits (#125598), you’re also right.  The combination of the two make a simple white piece of cardstock come to life in elegant fashion.  The background is created with a technique I’ve nicknamed Plastic Wrap Chalking.  Super easy too!
