PPA261 Sketch Challenge with Pals
Welcome to another Thursday and PPA261 Sketch Challenge with Pals. While many of my Pals are away the rest of us will play! Where are they? Stampin’ Up!s Create.Inspire.Share convention.
The challenge this week looks pretty simple, right? Maybe it’s just me but simple sketches can seem so complicated. As usual I turned the sketch upside down, side to side, clicked my heals together and repeated, “There’s no place like home.” until something came together.
The large circle became a flower with the help of the Fun Flower Punch (#133785). Super easy in five steps.
- Punch four flowers
- Use Sponge Daubers to apply color to the edges
- Use a Bone Folder to curl every other petal either up or down.
- Stack and adhere three flowers in the center, making sure to offset each layer, with Glue Dots.
- Snip petals off fourth flower. Set aside for “falling petals” (middle circle) on the card.
Make a few in different colors to have on hand for future projects.
Time to play! Bring out your tools and supplies and create your masterpiece. Don’t forget to share on Pals Paper Arts.
