One-eyed Purple People Eater Revisited
October 13, 2024 Project
Ready for a challenge? It’s Thursday, time to get out your tools and colors to create something fun, with PPA268 Sketch Challenge with Pals.
You may have to stretch your imagination to see the sketch in my project today. But that’s half the fun, right? You know what else if fun? Surprises, especially when they involve chocolate. Our “one-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eater” is holding a sweet surprise. Let’s take a peek inside.
Slooowwwly, open his belly to reveal….
…a sweet snack size chocolate treat inside.
He’s not so scary after all. I just noticed, he’s lost his horn! Take a trip down memory lane with the “One Eyed, One Horned, Flying Purple People Eater“. Just click here to watch and listen.
Have you guessed how his teeth were created? It’s a die-cut from the Balloon Framelits Dies (item 137362). In fact, those “teeth” are the reason I purchased the Balloon Framelits. Now THAT’s Wild!
What will you create with the PPA268 Sketch Challenge? Click on over and take part in the fun! Visit Pals Paper Arts right now for more inspiration!
Sorry, this challenge is long gone. here’s a new post with instructions. Just click on the link.

Rae, this is another example of how much I enjoy your projects! You are always thinking outside the box. Cannot wait to see the update with the horn! Thanks for adding whimsical entertainment to our PPA gallery this week, Pal…. 🙂
Thank you so much Katy. Characters are my favorite!
What a hoot Rae! You are the only one that would have thought of teeth, now I’m thinking sharks! Love the purple people eater, what a cute idea.
LOL! Thank you Lynn. I thought of sharks too as I was gluing these on the monster. Thank you for the great comment.
Where was his horn? This is too funny! Who else would have thought about the teeth when this came out with the balloon – it works perfectly! Is there any tricks to making this to include the sweet treat? You could even use the death by chocolate sentiment but trick or treat is fun too and probably some others would work. I really like the pop of the green too on there. Great job and a fun one to boot!
Chris…. I just updated him and will share it next week. I have a little girl monster too. Watch for it. Thank you so much!
Cute. I glad it. Great job!
Thank you Pamela!
