Bloomin Romance
Some things are naturally romantic. Roses, chocolate, breakfast in bed and glittery, lacy cards. Bloomin Romance is one of these cards. With a centerpiece like the Bloomin’ Heart Thinlit, you won’t need lots of layers and ink. It’s stands on it’s own.
When I first saw the Bloomin’ Heart Thinlit it wasn’t on the “must have” list. Not because I didn’t like it. On the contrary. However, I’ve had bad luck with these intricate designed dies. Since I didn’t want to take out a second mortgage to cover the cost of dryer sheets, I’ve just stayed away from these beautiful designs… until now. Two “must have” tools for the Big Shot have changed all that.
What are they? The Precision Base Plate, introduced last fall and the Big Shot Die Brush new to Stampin’ Up with the 2016 Occasions Catalog. I was skeptical but I’m a believer now.
The little rosette is a leftover from the Occasion 2015 catalog. Love this sweet little posy and it adds to the overall romantic feeling of the card. Use this card for Valentines, weddings, anniversaries or any time you need to say, “I love you”.
Glimmer Paper Die Cutting Tip: When cutting Glimmer Paper with an intricate die lick this, cut from the back side.
