Cute Conversations
The treats are ready and waiting to strike up Cute Conversations with Paper Pumpkin Valentines next weekend. Are you ready?
If you’re a current Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you have everything you need to make some sweet Valentine projects, except the candy. The treat bags above are alternates to the samples shown in the kit and I did use some extra product left over from other projects.
The three treat bags at the top are similar to the samples suggested in the kit with my own spin. The little cone shaped treat holder is super, super easy. Here’s all you do…
- Fold one heart in half vertically.
- Use one of the glue strips included in the kit to adhere the edges.
- That’s it! Everything else is optional.
With the help of the January 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit, I was able to create five treat holders and eleven cards. One of the cards is even mult-panel, 3-dimensional.
All of the cards open on the left side like a traditional card. Like the Valentine below.
Assembling the Valentine is a piece of cake!
- Score and fold as shown in the picture below.
- Attach the the top heart to the folded edge with strong adhesive like Tear & Tape
Need more inspiration? All of the samples are posted in January 2016 section of the Paper Pumpkin Gallery and on Facebook in the Paper Pumpkin Patch.
Don’t forget, there’s a Wild West Pick a Past Kit special through March 31, 2016. Check out the Hot Specials Page, accessible from the menu above, to find out more!
Ok…. time to get those Valentines done!
