Aren’t these sample adorable?  These were created by Stampin’ Up! with one of the new stamp sets called Party Pants (wood blocks 141324; or Clear Mount 141327).  I love that it coordinates with the Balloon Bouquet Punch (140609) too.  Here’s a new video with more information on this stamp set.
