Friday Fun Flower Fest
Another day, another farewell. Say good bye to the Fun Flower Punch and the beautiful blooms you can create with it. Boohoo! Guess we may as well have some Friday fun while we can.
Flowers: The Fun Flower Punch makes incredible 3d flowers without a lot of snipping. Just punch three or four flowers, sponge the edges, curl with your Bone Folder, arrange and glue! Top them off with a Vintage Faceted Designer Button all tied up with Linen Thread. Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755) is used to adhere the flower layers together and attach the button.
Paper: English Garden DSP is another beautiful paper that will disappear soon. My favorite sheet is the sweet little pattern of posies used in the cards today. This pattern features Mossy Meadow, a beautiful, rich green. It’s also an outgoing In-Color that will be dearly missed in this studio for sure!
Stamp Set: Surprise! Here’s a stamp set that is NOT retiring! Yay! Suite Sayings (140712) should be called Sweet Sayings in my book and this paper crafter is glad it’s staying put! This suite of super sweet sentiments was introduced in Stampin’ Up!s Occasions Catalog this year. Any bets on how often you’ll see this one used around here?
That pretty much does it for today. Almost forgot… this was a 30 Day Card Challenge project, Day 28.

I just ordered this punch and stamp set as a bundle. I swear I had ordered at least the punch or stamp set before but I can’t find them. I guess it was just a dream or I used it at the demo’s house. Whatever, they will be mine to recreate your fun card. I love the flower you made. Was there a trick or did you just sponge the yummy Rich Razzleberry ink on the Blushing Bride cardstock, I read what you said but just thought I would ask to be sure besides curling them and punching out 4 of them. No surprises like Wink of Stella or something? I have a half of sheet of the paper left so I can do 2 cards and I think I have a couple of those buttons left. What size is the card and the DP cut to? Inquiring (yes, nosey) minds want to know!
O.k. we have the English Garden paper retiring and the fun flower punch. Then of course the Mossy Meadow, my favorite green right now is “walking the plank” for the cardstock both sizes, reinker, ink pad, and did they have a marker? Oh, and those cool buttons are going for a walk too. I don’t think I missed anything but I could have since Ted, the basset hound, is howling about something.
Anyway, love the card and can’t wait to CASE it! Have a good weekend.
