Paper: Bright, cheerful birthday cards are on the agenda for this challenge and Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper is the perfect place to start.The fiesta theme and vibrant colors of this paper make it a great choice for birthday celebrations or any happy celebration.

Hiccup! Looks like the three little embellishments in the upper right corner are missing (see the sketch). Is it me or did the little Enamel Stars have a mind of their own? I’ll never tell. I have seen Gremlins around here lately.
