Cable Knit Dynamics Coming Soon!
What do Cable Knit Dynamics have to do with paper crafting? Take a look.
Texture! Can you see it? It’s the background. There’s a new kid coming to town. The new kid on the block is called the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Whew! That’s quite a handle! We really do need a shorter name, don’t you think?
What makes this embossing folder dynamic? The super deep texture you get. Shannon from Stampin’Up! shows us more Cable Knit dynamics.
Don’t you just love it? It’s part of the Warmth & Cheer Suite in the new Holiday Catalog. Turn to page 13 for more information.
Die Cuts – Yesterday I promised a Christmas card using the Flourish Thinlits Dies. This is it! Check out the lacy strip behind the focal piece as well as the glistening poinsettia. Now that’s how to get more mileage from your tools! Thank you to the designer behind this set of Thinlits, whoever you are.
The Paper, This Christmas Specialty DSP, comes from Stampin’Up!s Annual Catalog. What makes it so special? The weight is lighter than their standard Designer Series Paper (DSP). Even better, you get twice as many sheets. Nice! This card doesn’t do it justice. Come back tomorrow for another holiday card using this beautiful paper.
Warm Christmas Wishes comes from the Flurry of Wishes stamp set, also in the Annual Catalog. With it’s warm phrases and images it’s perfect for the snowflake lover in all of us. Did I say that it’s also crystal clear photopolymer AND coordinates with Snow Flurry Punch? What’s not to love?
Wrap it up! Stamp the envelope and inside of your card with a couple snowflakes and a simple Merry Christmas greeting. Perfect!

Ho ho ho! That yummy texture is the perfect backdrop for your sentiment and simple details!
Thanks a million Mary!
This embossing folder is on my wish list!
I love how you used it on your card.
Thank you Paula. I’m almost wishing for some cooler weather now. LOL!
I was looking at some of the my cable knit sweaters and the cables run up and down vs. how I have seen cards made going horizontal. You could still having them vertical on the card couldn’t you? Whatever. Love your card and the pretty poinsettia on it.
I’ve seen some vertical as well Chris. Not sure why it feels better to me horizontal. But the, we know I’m a little different. What? LOL! Thanks a million for your comment.
