Grapevine Glimmer Wreath
Grapevine Glimmer Wreath
Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for November 2016. Thank you for stopping by! This month our projects feature items that are considered 3D, Home Décor or Gift Sets. We hope you enjoy our projects and find lots of ideas for the holiday season.
You may just be starting the Blog Hop or you may have come from the previous link in. Whatever the case may be, use the line-up shown below to move from blog to blog. You don’t want to miss any of our projects.
How about a mini-Grapevine Glimmer Wreath for your desk or mantel? There’s something about glimmer and glitz against a rustic backdrop of grapevines that warms my heart.
This one is only about 6″ in diameter making it perfect to brighten a corner of your desk or bookcase. The wreaths can be found at any major craft store. I found these in sets of two for $1.99. They’re just the right size for the whimsical trees and reindeer found in the Santa’s Sleigh Photopolymer Bundle.
The twin pines are heat embossed with White and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, then decorated with tiny Basic Pearl Jewels.
Create the bow with 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon, 1/4 ” Natural Gold Trim, Gold Baker’s Twine and two Mini Red Jingle Bells.
And then, there’s the star. The star and snowflake were was robbed from the Forever Evegreen Project Kit. Top if off with a tiny Classy Button and some Gold Baker’s Twine. All of these pieces are attached to the grapevine wreath with hot glue.
We all thank you for visiting our blogs today. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. See you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!

THIS IS SO AWESOME! !!!that it deserves all caps so everyone will know
Thank you Jennifer. Funny, I had a completely different project in mind and then saw these little wreaths in my fall crafting box. So glad you like it.
Love the grapevine wreath, Rae. It’s the perfect texture for your embellishments!
Thank you Katy. I thought of you while putting it together.
Now, this is special! Love all the textures on there. The size is so fun – I have 6 boxwood wreaths that size hanging in my windows but they might just come down and become little presents! Of course I will need to check with my neighbor or local demo to see if they have these dies that I could borrow! Great project Rae!
Thank you Chris. They would definitely make great little gifts. They’re so quick too.
How very clever to decorate a wreath! Love it! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Jeanie!
