Coloring with Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers brings the lavender to life. Look closely.  You’ll see a few dew drops scattered throughout the bouquet. Were they created with drops of Fine-Tip Glue? Or, were they created with something else? if you picked the second option, you’d be correct. Click the link to take a closer look at the new Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes and you’ll see little water drops shaped like tears too.

  8. Superb use of the dew drops and tinsel trim. I love this card. So, rich in color and oh what texture! I have heard about wearing your heart on your sleeve, but not your hat but it sure is fun!
