Home for the Holidays with Pals
Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month, the theme is “Home for the Holidays”. We really hope that you enjoy and are inspired by them! As you hop from blog to blog, don’t forget to leave comments because we love hearing from you. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I’m looking forward to simple, holidays at home this year. How about you? December can get so hectic that it’s hard to find enjoyment. Time to scale back and try simple starting with holiday cards. A few scraps of DSP and trees that aren’t really trees are the foundation for my project.
Trees that aren’t trees? Right. They’re created with dies from Dandy Wishes Dies #154315.
Mini-Stampin’ Dimensionals are the perfect size to give these cute little trees some dimension. Jazz up the front with some Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#146924) and some Linen Thread (#104199).
On the inside I used the Garden Green cardstock left from die-cutting the little trees to mat a piece of Basic White cardstock that has been cut the trees one more time.
The inside sentiment (from Merriest Moments stamp set #156353) is stamped in Cherry Cobbler.
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on December 8th. Our theme will be “My Favorite Things” with our design team showcasing some of their favorite products from any catalog they choose.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.

Those trees are great! Reminds me of “Who-ville”. I’m going through my dies today to see what I can find! The whole card is just perfect!

Thank you Sue… I thought of Who-ville also. When looking through your dies it helps to stand on your head! Just remember to get a spotter first.
Adorable card inside and out!

Great card! What a clever way to use your stamps and dies in multiple ways. I saw a card on a card swap and they made apples with the peach bundle. So many great ideas out there!
