Angled Fun Tri-Fold for July 2023
Ready to hop through some July fun folds? We are. Welcome to our July 2023 Fun Folds Blog Hop. We’re Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators, obsessed with folded paper.
My project is an Angled Tri-Fold. I’ve also seen it called an Angled Gate Fold. Whatever you choose to call it, it’s fun.
Daisies, daisies, daisies. The daisy die-cuts were left over from a June workshop. Pairing them with the coordinating Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper was an easy choice.
Greeting and background images are part of the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set. And, the front label is from Tasteful Labels (retired)
Add dimension with tone on tone highlights. The Moody Mauve piece of DSP (Designer Series Paper) alone is beautiful. Kick it up a notch by stamping the background image with the same color ink. Note: Make sure to “Stamp Off” once before adding it to the paper. I also added Moody Mauve to the cardstock flowers with a small Blender Brush. POP!
Quick Tip: Pop up a daisy or other image to create a closure instead of a belly band.
