Today’s beautiful fun-fold has a hidden pocket for tucking in a little cash or gift card. The best part, it came together very quickly. A few cuts, a couple scores some beautiful paper and die-cuts and you’re done.

This time of year there are so many traditions, religious and secular, it’s hard to know which paper and sentiments to use. The Lights of Aurora Product Suite can handle a wide variety of holidays and events. The focal image, created with Traditional Labels Bundle, shares the spotlight with a silhouette of trees from Aurora Lights.

All measurements are in inches.

Finished Size – A2 (4-1/4 x 5-1/2)

Acronyms & Jargon

• CAS = Clean And Simple
• CASE = Copy And Share Everything
• CS = Cardstock
• DSP = Designer Series Paper (aka patterned paper)
• SDSP = Specialty Designer Series paper (specialty patterned paper)
• SIP = Stamp Ink Paper

Paper Cuts

• Cardstock 
  • Card base: Blackberry Bliss – 41/2 x 11; score at 2-1/4, 5-1/2
  • Writing Panel: Basic White 4 x 5-1/4
  • Glimmer approximately 2 x 11 (for die cutting)
• Patterned Paper
  • 2-1/2 x 4 (1 piece)
  • 3 x 4 (2 pieces)
  • Additional pieces for sentiment and tree die-cuts

Construction

1. Fold & burnish card base
2. Punch a half circle in the end of the card with the first score line.
3. Adhere patterned paper pieces to corresponding panels.
4. Apply glue to the very edge of the pocket panel. Glue down.
5. Die-cut trees. Cut into two pieces measuring 3″ wide & 2-1/2″ wide, adhere. 
6. Stamp sentiment, die-cut. Die-cut a second banner using Glimmer paper for layering.stagger and affix glimmer paper to the back of the sentiment piece.
7. Embellish.
