Best of Dasher
Remember this stamp from last year? I was so happy that it was featured in one of collector’s set, Best of Christmas. There’s just one tiny thing I would have done differently. I would have named the set “Best of Dasher”. But they didn’t ask me.
Between the beautiful color combination featured on the Pals Paper Arts challenge this week and beloved Dasher, this project was a breeze.
The size of this little card is only 2-5/8″ x 4-1/4″ about the size of a tag. Perfect for using up scraps. The Silver Glimmer Paper scallop is a halo left over from the Big Bow Angels I posted yesterday. The pearl is part of the old Pretties Kit that retired a while back. The envelope is made from a piece of Astroparche I found in my paper stash. The Envelope Punch Board helped me put that scrap of paper to good use. If you count the re-introduction of Dasher, this is one scrappy little card.
Silver Dazzling Details adds sparkle to the tiny snowflakes on the envelope and around Dasher’s antlers. Don’t forget the dot over the “i” in Christmas.
Mailing Note: This card is not mailable. The envelope is only 3-5/8″ x 4-3/4″. Minimum size for mailing, at any class of mail, is 3-1/2″ x 5″ and .007″ thick. Doesn’t matter. I like to put my tags and little cards in envelopes. It adds to the element of surprise.
