Beware of Black Ice
By now you either know why I haven’t posted for over a week OR you think I’ve fallen off the face of the blogosphere. I have one simple message….”beware of black ice.” Since I’m not a great one-handed typist and I’m headed in for surgery on my left arm I’m making this super short.
I don’t usually share illnesses and mishaps on the blog but I want you to know I haven’t gone anywhere and can’t wait to get back in the saddle, so to speak. I do have a few updates on the Wild West Paper Arts Facebook page. Don’t worry, it takes more than a frozen water to keep this girl down. I’ll be back to it next week.
Hope you all had a very merry Christmas. For those of you on the VIP email list, the fudge tricks will be to you soon, I promise!
Oh, I almost forgot! The Clearance Rack has just been restocked! Better check it out now!
Thank you for your patience and understanding my friends.
Beware of Black Ice
Rae, I have followed you for a long time thru Mary Fish’s blog. LOVE your style!
So sorry about your accident. Growing up in Mpls., MN I know what black ice is! Happy to see you are doing well, and you are a determined girl which will bring you the best results sooner. Just wanted to add my prayers and good wishes in your healing. Thanks for all of the inspiration you share.
I broke my right wrist 3 years ago in a fall. I had surgery that did not go well. I wish better for you, Rae. The good news was that because I wanted to get back to my passion, the automatic therapy it created for me gave me better end results in mobility. Get those fingers going as soon as YOU feel like doing it. It can only help! God bless ya!
Helen, Thank you for the great advice. I’m wiggling mt digits as we speak! 🙂
Wishing you a full and speedy recovery! Cheers to a better start to a New Year than the ending of the old!
Thank you Chris! Happy New Year to you as well!
Ohh I’m so sorry to hear of your accident. I will pray that you will heal quickly and be back to card making soon. Happy New Year
Rosalie, the prayers you’ve sent are working. Thank you so much.

Norma, surgery went well and Tuesday, Jan 7, we’ll see how recovery went. Thank you so much for your prayers.
