Fall Flower Patch
Welcome to another great color challenge from Pals Paper Arts. Always Artichoke, Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry are perfect to celebrate a fall flower patch. Are you in an area with beautiful fall colors?
The beautiful polymer set from the Annual 2014-2015 Catalog called Flower Patch is the focus of this project. The images from this set are so bold and the leaves…. well, you know how I feel about leaves. A contemporary set used for a traditional look.
This coordinating pair is also available as a bundle to save you 15%. Check out the Flower Patch Bundle by clicking here.
While we’re talking about leaves, look at the little Always Artichoke leaves.
Notice the “linen” look on them? The beauty of the old style “felt” ink pads. Hope you didn’t throw yours away. I love the new firm foam ink pads for a nice solid image but this time the linen look is just what the project called for.
The gradient background paper reminds me of the sunsets we see in Northern Nevada. You’ll find it along with other rich colors of fall in a package of Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper.
A few little Candy Dots, a Gold Metal Button, Linen Thread and some Washi Tape bring it all together.
