Happy PPA245 Sketch Challenge
Happy PPA245 Sketch Challenge with Pals Paper Arts! A simply happy card perfect for Easter, birthdays or any happy occasion this spring. Thank you Nicole Watt for another fun sketch to work with.
As for the skewed line of pompoms… I tried, I really did try to line them up perfectly parallel to the bottom edge of the card. It just didn’t look very fun.
The envelope, lined with a sheet of Designer Series Paper from the Best Year Ever collection really pulls it all together. Best Year Ever is another FREE item in the original Sale-A-Bration brochure.
This project is proof that you should always keep your scraps. While rifling through my stash heap I found the Bermuda Bay Card Stock embossed with the Polka Dots and the little pompoms snipped from the Calypso Coral Pompom Trim. Good thing too. Because of the dockworker’s strike in Southern California, the trim is on hold.
Don’t have the Polka Dot Embossing Folder yet? You’re in luck! Because of Blendabilities being discontinued, Stampin’ Up! has added some familiar items to the list of free gifts you can choose from with your qualifying order. Be sure to check the flyer (click graphic below) for the correct Sale-A-Bration item numbers to get them free.
And, don’t forget the original Sale-A-Bration selection from the brochure.
Hurry! The end of Sale-A-Bration 2015 is right around the corner. March 31, 2015 to be exact!
This has been one great promotion for everyone. if you haven’t taken advantage of this annual promotion, now’s the time before it’s too late! Click here for more information on the fantastic sale.
Pom pom trim… so smart! I’m loving all the different ideas for this week’s sketch 🙂

Your interpretation of the sketch is so clever, Rae! I would have never thought to use DSP for the Happy – but it works!
