Pals August Blog Hop
Thank you for joining us for the August Pals Blog Hop. Even though it’s only August we want to provide some inspiration for your upcoming holiday projects. This month’s blog hop will showcase new products from the 2013 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog. We hope you enjoy seeing how we use new stamps, punches and accessories!
You should have just left Kim Czenszak at Live Love Stamp, stop number 23 on the Pals Hop. If so, you are in the right spot. If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.
As soon as I opened the catalog, this stamp set screamed my name. This one, with all of it’s woodsy charm, really captures the warmth of autumn.
Then there’s the 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon, a natural compliment to the Truly Grateful images.
To finish up this little note card, stick a few neutral Candy Dots in the corners, sponge the edges with ink and Sponge Daubers, then use Stampin’ Distress Tool to rough it up a little. That’s it! This could easily be changed into a place holder for your Thanksgiving table as well.
Today’s Featured Items:
- Accessories – 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon (#132140)
- Stamp Set – Truly Grateful (#131733 Clear Mount, #131730 Wood Mount)
The next stop is number 25, Michelle Gleeson at Stampin Mojo. Thanks for visiting – and I hope to see you next month!
