Take Flight with Pals
Welcome to the Pals’ June Blog Hop. We’re so glad you’re here because we made some great projects using “Anything with Wings” You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
It’s all about taking flight today around the hop. But where are the wings, Rae? How about these tiny winged friends? Look very close and you’ll find a couple little dragonflies. Part of the Soft Spring Host Set. Take a look at Page 205 in the new 2019-2020 Stampin’ Up! Catalog to see the card I CASEd.
Fun to use, this stamp set makes it easy to “paint” with stamps. Remember the day when we had fun using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to line up our wood-mounted stamps? NOT!
Add texture with the new Scripty 3D Embossing Folder and 3D Embossing Folder Plate. Why a 3D Embossing Folder Plate? These new 3D embossing folders are a little thinner than before making it necessary for a shim. No worries, the thin design does not sacrifice a beautiful, deep image.
Distressing Tip: Add distressed elements BEFORE embossing.
Greetings are sometimes missing from a stamp set. That’s when it’s great to have a few “go to” greeting sets in your tack room. This greeting comes from the new Delightful Day Photopolymer Stamp Set. The font is pure delight.
A close up reveals little Rhinestone Basic “dew-drops” for some sparkle.
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 10, 2019 when our Hoppin’ Pals share their “Mixing It Up” projects. Don’t miss the fun!
