The Red, White and Blue
Welcome to Pals Paper Arts PPA207 Color Challenge. You may notice the challenge calls for a color that just retired, Midnight Muse. So, a substitution was in order. Night of Navy works perfectly.
Red, White and Blue make me feel good all over. Such a happy combo. The Blue Ribbon Stamp Set (Item #125981 C, or 131964 W) is the perfect set for this patriotic combo. Just so happens I have someone in mind for this card. They have a birthday on the 4th of July.
The Festive Paper Piercing Template (Item #127857) is a great compliment to the Labels Framelits (Item #125598) used to create the layered frame. Anything else would have competed with the Arrows Textured Embossing (Item #132187) in the background.
The focal points were framed with Silver Glimmer Paper (Item #135314) cut by Starburst Framelits (Item #132967). A few pieces of scrap ribbon and linen thread finish off the look.
Now that you have a little inspiration, what will you create with the Red, White and Blue? Don’t forget to post your creation to the Pals Paper Arts Challenge when you’re done.
