Thursday Inspiration
It’s time for a Pals Paper Arts color challenge. Are you ready for some Thursday inspiration from Pals Design Team I? Such a beautiful pallet they’ve given us to work with this week.
As with many Wild West projects, this one ended up very different than my vision. If you could only see the inspiration used you would walk away scratching your head.
The flower is created with Floral Frames Framelits (#127012). All pieces except the largest frame were used. Each layer was sponged with one or more of the challenge colors and popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430).
The center attraction is created with Crisp Cantaloupe Thick Baker’s Twine (#135636) and Island Indigo Chevron Ribbon (#131151). Super easy!
Finish off the front with a few sponged Bitty Butterflies (#129406) detailed with a Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin’ Write Marker from the 2013-2015 In Color Marker Collection (#131260).
The front is finished but there’s a left-over floral frame cut from the front panel. Don’t throw it away or “save it for later”. After all, those “later” pieces seem to be forgotten. Sponge it up and use it for the inside panel.
The Million & One stamp set (#126377 clear) is an absolute perfect fit!

Bundle and Save!
Already have a Big Shot? You can still save big on bundles! For instance, the Floral Frames Framelits used in the project today, paired with Daydream Medallions Clear Mount Stamp Set (#138910) is $45.75. Compare that to $53.90 if purchased separately. Don’t believe it? Check it out here….

Wow, this is fabulous, Rae! I love the beautiful flower you have created with these framelits!
Beautiful, as always Rae! Love the layers and sponging. Thanks for having fun with the PALS this week!
Love those edges-they really pop. Thanks for playing this week!
Rae, so clever! I love the softness of the colors yet they clearly come through. I don’t know about the vision but the result is lovely.
Rae, what a cool card!! Love the mixed use of negative framelit along with the positive cuts! My favorite detail is the flower center. Well done!!
Thank you Katy!
