Most of us adore the little marshmallow peeps we see everywhere this time of year.  As a child, my Easter basket wasn't complete without them.  Even though I didn't eat them (didn't like them at all), it just wasn't the same without them.  Back then, the only peeps available were fluffy yellow chicks.  My, how the candy world has changed.  I think  you can find them for Halloween and most  other holidays.  These Paper Peeps for Easter Treats were also inspired by some commercial packaging I recently found.

As you can see, the treat bags hold little cello bags full of candy of your choice.  The bunny also holds a treat bag but is attached at the back with a glue dot instead of hanging from the top like the chick below.
