First of all, a big THANKS! to Debbie Crowley for this design.  This Bloomin’ Marvelous card is a “Stepped-Up” version of her original.  Actually, what you see above is stepped up x 2.

The image below shows my original stepped-up version.  Quick and simple.  Debbie’s card was a soft and beautiful Vanilla on Vanilla. The only change I made for Step-up #1 was the Island Indigo Mat to coordinate with the flowers.
