Sale a Bration Time
Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop in 2022! This month, the theme is Sale-A-Bration. We really hope that you enjoy and will be inspired by them! As you hop from blog to blog, don’t forget to leave comments because we love hearing from you. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My project is super simple thanks to the beautiful Daffodil Afternoon DSP and the Friendly Hello Stamp Set. Both can be yours free during Sale-A-Bration January/February 2022.
To create this A2 card (4-1/4 x 5-1/2) follow these simple steps:
- Create Card Base by folding 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 Very Vanilla card stock in half
- Affix 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 Flirty Flamingo card stock to front.
- Affix 4 x 5-1/4 Daffodil DSP to Flirty Flamingo card stock
- Stamp “Hello Friend” in Memento on Very Vanilla card stock. Cut to desired size and flag end.
- Cut Flirty Flamingo card stock to mat piece in step 4.
- Cut 4-1/4 piece of Frayed Ribbon #158138. Fold right end under and staple. Make sure it hangs over the edge of the Flirty Flamingo piece from step 5, then staple to the Flirty Flamingo piece.
- Affix piece from step 4 over top of piece from step 6
- Affix Iridescent Rhinestones # 158130 as desired.
Easy!!!
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on February 9th. Our theme will be Birthday Bash when our team creates birthday projects to celebrate our family and friends.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.

I love this combination of the Daffodil Afternoon DSP and the Friendly Hello stamp set.
I absolutely love this DSP, Rae and you used it perfectly. Your simple design gives the patterned paper the attention it deserves. Happy New Year to you and yours!
Love how this print adds to much to the card design – fantastic!
Wow, Rae, this card is beautiful! I really love how you used this DSP and wonderful sentiment. I enjoy working with you on the blog hop so much, Rae!
So pretty Rae! Love how you made those beautiful daffodils the star of the show.
Always great fun to see how you put your own stamp on our hop Rae:) Terrific showcase of letting the DSP lead/shine almost all by itself! Be Well Friend!
I love the Hello Friend paired with the DSP, I will have to make a few of these! Thanks for sharing.
One of my favorite papers, too, Rae! This is a great layout to show it off!
Very pretty card, Rae! The Rhinestones are such a nice touch too! 🙂
Rae, beautiful daffodil card! Perfectly embellished!
Thank you Su!
The larger banner and sentiment really looks nice with the large print paper. I love the pairing on this!
Thank you Jackie!
