Welcome to another Fun Folds Blog Hop with Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. We may be small in  numbers but we like to think we’re a mighty crafty bunch. Spend a little time with us today and be inspired.

I’ll pull out a fun fold that’s super, super easy.  So easy you only need to remember three measurements.

I’m using my favorite Designer Series Paper (DSP) “Hello Irresistible” #161139  along with the Around The Bend Bundle of products.

This card is really a card inside a card. Every flap has it’s own surprise.  Cut some extra flowers and leaves to create an additional focal point and dress up the back of the front flap.  One more sweet detail that makes this card special. 

True Confessions… The little flowers on the back of the front flap were strategically placed to cover Stampin’ Dimensionals peeking through. A “Happy Accident” for sure!

And, the inside with lots of room to write.

Now for those paper cuts.

• Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, score at 4-1/4″
• Inside Card: 5-1/4″ x 8″, score at 4″
• Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4″ x 5-1/4″ 2 pcs. One for the front and one for the top inside card.

Construction

1. Die cut the front flap of the card base and one of the pieces of DSP.
2. Adhere the DSP die-cut in step 1 to the front flap of the card.  Make sure to offset it just a little so the card base acts like a shadow. Trim where necessary.
3. Stamp image on the inside of the inside card.
4. Affix the DSP to the front flap of the inside card
5. Affix the entire “inside card the card base. Use my card photos for examples.
6. Stamp the “dots’ pattern on Basic White card stock with Daffodil Delight classic ink.
7. Stamp “Hello There” over the top of the dots with Flirty Flamingo Classic Ink. Punch with Decorative Label punch and smudge the edges with a combination of Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo classic ink. Adhere to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
8. Decorate as desired.
